Overseeing core operational functions—such as LDHR, Finance, Facilities, Technology, and Administration—this leader builds the infrastructure that makes the mission possible. The ideal candidate is energized by building new systems, navigating complexity, and shaping the conditions for long-term sustainability and spiritual impact.

The Director of International Partnerships leads Sightline’s global outreach efforts by cultivating strategic relationships, coordinating global and regional strategies, and ensuring effective content distribution across cultural contexts. Overseeing a team of Regional Representatives and the Project Coordinator, this role ensures the ministry’s global efforts are aligned, impactful, and responsive to local needs.

This individual serves as a connector between Sightline’s global strategy and regional realities—bridging vision, systems, and people to bring gospel-centered resources into new places and communities.

As a Regional Rep, you will help play a crucial role in transforming the lives of tens of thousands around the world. Your primary focus will be on building and nurturing partnerships with Cru, with publishers, with church leaders, and with ministry leaders in your assigned region. By collaborating with these stakeholders, you will equip and empower Cru ministries and the church globally by providing resources which will expand its reach and serve the body of Christ. Your efforts will contribute to the creation and distribution of dynamic ministry tools in diverse formats and languages, resonating with audiences and fostering transformative moments.

The Sightline-Ministry Services Administrator provides essential administrative and operational support across Sightline. This role serves as the organizational backbone for the Operations Team and collaborates closely with all ministry teams to ensure that day-to-day functions run smoothly and ministry initiatives are well-supported.

With a heart for service and excellence, this role combines behind-the-scenes diligence with forward-facing coordination to help sustain a healthy, responsive, and mission-focused environment.

The public facing role represents Sightline and Cru, they communicate with customers who contact the ministry with a variety of needs and requests pertaining to information, counseling, prayer, assistance, employment, and resources.

The HR Generalist will be integral to the HR team, providing full-cycle support to both hourly and salaried staff across multiple functions. This role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, leave management, performance management, and data oversight. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of supporting employees with care, while ensuring compliance with Sightline’s policies and regulations.

At Sightline, we believe God calls specific people for specific Kingdom assignments. The Missionary Staff Mobilization Specialist plays a vital role in helping people recognize and respond to that calling.

This role focuses on identifying, inviting, and discerning missionary candidates who are called to serve with Sightline. Through proactive name generation, intentional referral cultivation, and Spirit-led screening, this manager ensures the right people are prayerfully connected to the mission. The goal isn’t just to fill roles—it’s to help individuals step into God’s purposes for their lives through service with Sightline and for our parent organization of Cru.

The Vice President of Mission Expansion serves as a key executive leader at Sightline, responsible for setting and advancing the department-wide strategy that connects our content with the people who need it most. As the organizational bridge between content creation and strategic partners worldwide, this leader ensures that our offerings are not only delivered effectively, but also contextualized, scaled, and adopted across diverse environments.

By representing Sightline in key networks, championing innovation, and ensuring operational alignment across teams, the VP of Mission Expansion plays a critical role in helping more people see Jesus clearly.

The Director of U.S. Partnerships ensures the effective delivery of Sightline’s offerings to U.S. audiences by cultivating strategic relationships and equipping partner ministries. Overseeing a team of Ministry Representatives, this role bridges organizational strategy with field implementation, translating Sightline’s mission into meaningful connections across Cru divisions, churches, and ministry networks.

This individual plays a central role in building trust, navigating alignment across Cru’s divisional and national leadership, and stewarding resources and relationships that multiply impact.

The Social Media Coordinator assists with the content creation, posting, managing, and scheduling for our social media  channels at Sightline. These channels include Facebook, Instagram, X, and YouTube. The Coordinator will also assist with editing and placing video content within other digital channels, including Riverside, Thinkific, and the Sightline website. This role will include video editing responsibilities, so video editing experience is a “must-have.”  This includes editing video content, optimizing video for specific digital channels, and occasionally assisting with the filming of video content. Because the coordinator will be creating content for an apologetics ministry, basic knowledge of apologetics concepts is highly desired. This position will report directly to the VP of Content.
